Our company undertakes buildings’ energy performance assessments using specialized dynamic energy simulation software, recommending to the Client /design team the most suitable solutions for the design of the building envelope and services systems, aiming at reducing the building’s energy needs, consequently reducing operating costs and carbon emissions.

Optimizing energy performance using dynamic energy modelling also assists projects towards achieving energy credits in BREEAM and LEED sustainability assessments, facilitating the achievement of overall certification targets.

Our approach is based on international and national methodologies and standards for the evaluation of the energy performance of buildings, e.g. ASHRAE Standard 90.1, CIBSE TM54, Greek National Regulation for the Energy Performance of Buildings (KENAK), etc.
