We provide BREEAM Assessor services to the Main Contractor, for the assessment and certification of the Extension of an existing Airport Terminal building. The project is D&B, it is assessed under the BREEAM International Bespoke methodology, and the target is a BREEAM ‘Good’ certification. We provide strategic guidance to the Main Contractor in the implementation of BREEAM requirement to drive decision making towards sustainable solutions. Our focus is on both design aspects such as optimizing the extension building energy performance through dynamic energy modelling, undertaking a life cycle assessment study of the proposed design, as well as construction aspects such as the procurement of sustainable materials etc
