Our services include LEED consultancy to the Main Contractor throughout the construction phase of the three new Hospitals. The projects target LEED ‘Platinum’ certification, incorporating high quality design and construction standards. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of sustainability standards, we provide support to the Main Contractor in the implementation of the project LEED requirements relevant to construction. We provide training and ongoing guidance throughout the project on aspects such as the procurement of sustainable materials, the integration of measures that prevent pollution from construction activities, minimize the impact on indoor air quality etc.
