We provide BREEAM Assessor services to the Client, for the assessment and certification of a refurbishment project, converting an existing office building into a Hostel, in the centre of Athens. By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of sustainability standards, we provide support to the design team towards achieving BREEAM requirements by improving the sustainability performance of the refurbished building using an integrated approach: improving energy performance by designing an energy-efficient building fabric and building systems, reducing water consumption, maximising the reuse of existing building materials and specifying new sustainable materials, etc.
