Our services included BREEAM consultancy to the Main Contractor throughout the construction phase of the project, which was Europe’s first Integrated Casino Resort (ICR). By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of sustainability standards, we provided support to the Main Contractor in the implementation of the project BREEAM requirements. We provided training and ongoing guidance throughout the project both in terms of implementation of the design during construction, as well as construction-related aspects, such as the procurement of sustainable materials, the monitoring of energy, water and waste, the implementation of site practices that minimize ecology impacts and enhance biodiversity etc.
